Job Description

  • Lead day‑to‑day site execution and coordination across all civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and finishing works.
  • Develop detailed construction schedules, sequencing plans, micro‑level planning, and resource allocation for high‑rise structures.
  • Ensure timely progress as per approved baseline program and identify delays with recovery plans.

  • Monitor construction activities for towers, podiums, basements, clubhouses, and external development works.

    • Verify adherence to drawings, specifications, quality standards, and approved method statements.
    • Ensure proper execution of high‑rise core works like:
      • Raft, piling, and foundation
      • Shear wall construction
      • Formwork systems
      • Concrete placement & curing
      • Structural and architectural finishing
    • Coordinate with QA/QC teams for inspections and compliance.

    • Act as the primary PMC representative for coordinating with main contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and client teams.

      • Review contractor manpower, resources, productivity, and work methodologies.
      • Chair coordination meetings for civil, MEP, and finishing teams to resolve site issues and expedite progress.
      • Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, HSE plans, and statutory requirements.
