About the Opportunity
The Senior Enablement Communications Specialist is responsible for driving strategic communications that support global enablement initiatives across the organization. Reporting to the Enablement leadership team, this role will help shape how learning, onboarding, change initiatives, leadership messaging, and capability programs are communicated to employees and key stakeholder groups.
This individual will develop compelling, audience-focused communications that improve awareness, engagement, adoption, and readiness across sales, customer operations, support teams, and other business functions. The ideal candidate is both a strong storyteller and a strategic communicator who can translate complex programs into clear, actionable messaging that drives behavior and business outcomes.
What You’ll Get to Do
• Develop and execute enablement communication strategies that support onboarding, learning programs, capability initiatives, organizational change, and operational readiness.
• Partner closely with Enablement, Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, HR, and Operations teams to align communication plans with business priorities and learner needs.
• Create and manage engaging enablement content across multiple channels including newsletters, intranet updates, executive communications, launch announcements, videos, job aids, and campaign materials.
• Translate complex information into clear, concise, and audience-appropriate messaging that drives understanding and action.
• Support communications for major business initiatives such as product launches, process changes, organizational updates, and transformation programs.
• Build communication calendars and campaign plans to ensure timely and coordinated delivery of enablement messaging globally.
• Establish communication best practices, templates, standards, and governance for enablement initiatives.
• Proactively recommend creative engagement ideas, storytelling opportunities, and communication tactics to improve participation and adoption.
• Support leadership communications by drafting talking points, presentation content, FAQs, key messages, and stakeholder updates.
• Measure and analyze communication effectiveness using engagement metrics, feedback, and adoption indicators to continuously improve strategies.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, facilitators, and program managers to ensure communications align with learning experiences and business outcomes.
• Provide communications support for virtual and in-person enablement events, webinars, and global programs as needed.
Skills and Experience We Value
• 3+ years of experience in internal communications, enablement communications, change management communications, learning communications, or corporate communications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, Business, or a related field.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences and channels.
• Experience supporting enablement, learning, transformation, or employee engagement initiatives in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to simplify complex concepts into digestible communications.
• Creative thinker with a proactive mindset and passion for employee engagement and learning experiences.
• Experience with communication and collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Teams, Learning Management Systems, newsletters, or campaign platforms is an asset.
• Familiarity with change management and adoption strategies is preferred.
