About Job


The Senior Technical Support Specialist oversees the entire support team at the highest level. They act as the face of the company to clients. The Senior Technical Support Specialist works with project teams on production support and provides for client requirements. All high-level decisions pertaining to project support are made by the Senior Technical Support Specialist. Extensive management experience required.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Overseeing of Support team’s efforts.
• Liaises with the Senior Software Development Manager for support strategies on new applications.
• Responsible for project and application support strategies.
• Liaises with project teams to provide managed production support.
• Supports and drives production requirements.
• Management and setup of global technical support models.
• Additional duties as required.
Requirements
• College/University degree.
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Advanced knowledge of online communication.
• Knowledge of ticketing systems is a plus.
• Willingness to work overtime if necessary.
• Remote, office, or hybrid work environment depending on specific position.
• Detail-oriented problem-solving mindset.
• Organized and focused enough to work independently leading a team.
• Leadership qualities including the ability to give/take feedback, recognition of when to delegate, and confidence.
