The Opportunity 🚀
This role serves as the operational backbone of the Global Clinical Operations (GCO) team, developing a deep understanding of GCO's day-to-day workings in order to help operationalize its running. You'll coordinate new projects, identify the right stakeholders, and partner closely with the GCO team, including GCO clinical leadership, to keep programs running smoothly.
This is a hands-on operations role where success is measured by reliable execution, clean reporting, and strong cross-functional coordination. You'll be the connective tissue between GCO sub-teams and partners across product, commercial, GTM, and customer success, giving you visibility into how clinical operations decisions ripple across the business.

Successfully managed multiple projects concurrently, hitting key milestones and deadlines, with consistent reporting/status updates so stakeholders always know where each project stands.

Compensation 💰
Carrot offers a holistic Total Rewards package designed to support our employees in all aspects of their life inside and outside of work, including health and wellness benefits, retirement savings plans, short- and long-term incentives, parental leave, family-forming assistance, and a competitive compensation package. The starting base salary for this position will range from$128,000.00 - $150,000.00. Actual compensation may vary from the posted base salary depending on your confirmed job-related skills and experience.
