Shape the future of transformative therapies through rigorous data science and clinical trial excellence.

Your new role

As a Senior Clinical Data Management Professional, you'll be at the forefront of clinical development, setting strategic direction for data management across complex clinical trials. You'll ensure data accuracy, quality, and integrity throughout the trial lifecycle—delivering the robust evidence needed to bring breakthrough therapies from testing to patients.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Leading Data Management (DM) trial teams as the primary DM point of contact for cross-functional collaboration

  • Managing comprehensive DM deliverables from data collection through database lock, and coordinating SDTM, ADaM and TFL deliverables for regulatory submissions

  • Developing and maintaining DM plans, optimizing trial design through protocol input, and defining data collection strategies aligned with regulatory standards

  • Overseeing DM risk management through RACT processes, proactive issue resolution, and stakeholder coordination

  • Ensuring effective collaboration with CROs and vendors, providing oversight for deliverables in the FSO outsourcing model

  • Supporting compliance with ICH GCP and internal processes while maintaining trial-level audit and inspection readiness

  • Mentoring peers, identifying better practice opportunities, and contributing to knowledge sharing forums based on your subject matter expertise

Your new department

In Research & Development, you'll be part of a unit that explores bold scientific ideas and advances them into clinical testing. We combine curiosity, AI tools, and human data to develop transformative therapies. Through collaboration and operational excellence, we shape and deliver an innovative pipeline to meet future patient needs.

Within Clinical Data Management & Programming (CDM&P), you'll join a global team dedicated to delivering high-quality clinical trial data that enables evidence-based decision-making. Our culture of continuous learning and innovation drives us to implement new tools, systems, and processes that support the development of life-changing medicines for patients worldwide.

Your skills & qualifications

We're seeking a Senior Clinical Data Management Professional who thrives in dynamic, international clinical development environments. You'll bring:

  • MSc/BSc in IT, Natural or Life Sciences, or equivalent educational background
  • 3+ years of experience working within clinical data management or equivalent, with a strong track record in trial execution
  • Deep understanding of DM processes, clinical data flow, GCP and regulatory requirements, with proven experience leading trials of increasing complexity in international settings
  • Excellent project management and coordination skills, with the ability to systematically handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to variable workloads
  • Strong analytical and data literacy skills, coupled with a results-driven mindset and commitment to data quality and integrity
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, with fluency in written and spoken English and experience collaborating across multinational teams
  • Independent, self-driven approach with integrity, persistence, and accountability—always seeking innovative solutions while keeping things simple
