What would you be doing?

  • Technical Lead for Land Development Projects involving local municipalities as well as commercial development
  • Assist in development of projects scopes of services and price proposals as required.
  • Lead/Prepare hydrologic & hydraulic modeling and relevant design calculations
  • Manage Permitting through various federal, state, and local agencies
  • Perform occasional field data collection and site visits

What do you need to bring to the table?

  • B.S. in Civil Engineering
  • 8 Years’ minimum Land Development and site design experience
  • Experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D
  • Management and/or Project Management experience is strongly preferred; a proven track record in effective staff management / leadership is a plus!
  • Advanced knowledge of land-use planning
  • P.E. Certification strongly preferred
