1. Indirect Purchasing for RBTS (Bosch Franchising Business)

Lead indirect purchasing activities for RBTS in China, ensuring operational excellence and compliance.

  • Full Procurement Cycle: Execute end-to-cycle sourcing activities, including supplier scouting, RFQ (Request for Quotation), COQ (Cost of Quality analysis), negotiation, sourcing decisions, and contract finalization to fulfill internal user department requests.
  • Supplier Management: Perform continuous supplier development and management to optimize the supply base.
  • Order & Compliance Management: Issue Purchase Orders (POs) in the system, ensuring strict adherence to procurement processes, corporate regulations, and documentation standards.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of purchased services, MAE (Machine & Equipment), BAU (Business As Usual) supplies, spare parts, and repair/maintenance services.
  • Risk & Claims Management: Handle non-conformity claims against suppliers and manage complex negotiations or difficult situations to resolve commercial disputes.

2. Flexible Support for Direct Purchasing (TG/AS Business)

Provide strategic support for TG or AS business growth in both the domestic market (MACN) and overseas export markets (GmbH).

  • Global Sourcing & Strategy: Conduct supplier scouting, evaluation, and sourcing decisions for both China and overseas markets in alignment with BU and regional strategies.
  • Cost Competitiveness: Lead RFQ, COQ, and price negotiations with suppliers to ensure a competitive PPC (Product Positioning Cost) level.
  • Target Achievement: Prepare and implement annual price negotiation plans to achieve financial targets.
  • Supplier Mentorship: Act as a mentor to key suppliers, overseeing performance from a Commercial, Quality, and Delivery (CQD) perspective.

Job Requirements:

1. Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

2. Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in the Automotive industry
  • Solid experience in Indirect Purchasing and/or Direct Purchasing within the Automotive Aftermarket
  • Experience with electronics parts is strongly preferred.

3. Professional Skills:

  • Cost & Finance: Good knowledge of cost analysis and cost-saving measures. Ability to work with a data-driven approach; basic Finance knowledge is a plus.
  • Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
  • Project Management: Proven skills in project management, cooperation, and execution, with the ability to work effectively across functions.

4. Supplier Management:

  • Extensive experience in supplier management and communication.
  • Capable of acting as a supplier mentor, leading and managing suppliers independently to ensure performance in Commercial, Quality, and Delivery.

5. Language Skills:

  • Good command of both Chinese and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

6. Personal Attributes:

  • Pro-active, self-leading, and willing to take on challenging tasks.
