This Position Is Responsible For Formulating And Defining Systems Scope And Objectives Through Research And Fact-Finding Combined With An Understanding Of Applicable Business Systems And Industry Requirements. With This Knowledge, Develops Or Modifies Moderately Complex Information Systems Includes Analysis Of Business And User Needs, Documenting Requirements, And Revising Existing System Logic Difficulties As Necessary. Guides And Advises Less Experienced Business Systems Analysts. Competent To Work In Some Phases Of Systems Analysis And Considers The Business Implications Of The Application Of Technology To The Current Business Environment.JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years of formulating and defining systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements OR 7 years of formulating and defining systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements.
* Requires in-depth knowledge and experience
* Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services
* Independently solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions
* Works independently, receives minimal guidance
* Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may direct the work of other staff members

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
