As a year-end bonus to associates, Publix issues one month’s extra pay (pro-rated in the first year) each year if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check that year. This is calculated as a 13th month of pay in the Potential Annual Pay with Bonus line above.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or a related analytical field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis including identifying business processes and supporting process improvements.
  • 5+ years of experience analyzing problems and translating into solutions.
  • 5+ years of experience planning, organizing, and managing all activities associated with delivering solutions in a distributed environment.
  • 3+ years of experience working with enterprise database management systems (e.g., SQL server, Oracle)
  • Working knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) with the ability to work within the defined roles and responsibilities.
  • Provide afterhours support during and after the deployment of the application on an as needed basis. This would include researching complex issues, determining root cause, developing workarounds, and communicating issues with our vendors for resolution delivery.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience of warehousing processes and systems
  • Experience of infrastructure and systems concepts
  • Experience performing data analysis through creating and executing queries, interpreting results, and communicating findings to technical and business audiences
  • Experience working as a Scrum Master within an Agile Scrum framework and its application in product development and delivery
  • Experience utilizing Agile project management and code management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps or Jira)
  • Experience managing 3rd party vendor relationships is an advantage
