About the team and the role:

Shipping is central to building buyer trust and driving conversion on eBay. This role sits within the Shipping team and focuses on scaling shipping capabilities that deliver value to both sellers and buyers. As a Senior Manager, Shipping Operations, you will lead the execution of key managed shipping initiatives, working across Product, Marketplace Operations, Finance, and Go-to-Market teams. The role has a direct impact on adoption, revenue growth, and customer experience, and operates as a key connector to align strategy with execution.

Note: This is a 1-year fixed term contract role.

What you will accomplish:

  • Drive delivery of key Managed Shipping, Labels, and PUDO initiatives to improve adoption and marketplace performance
  • Support strategies that increase seller engagement, business expansion, and client happiness across shipping solutions
  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver a seamless end-to-end shipping experience for sellers and buyers
  • Identify experience gaps and coordinate efforts between Product and Operations teams to implement improvements
  • Align with Product and Engineering to support roadmap delivery and program execution
  • Contribute to operational readiness with Marketplace Operations and support market strategy implementation with regional and commercial launch teams
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, supporting business reviews and driving follow-up actions to improve outcomes

  • Experience in program management, business strategy, product, or marketplace operations
  • Ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives and deliver measurable results
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Experience supporting growth, adoption, and business performance in complex environments
  • Effective stakeholder management and clear communication skills
  • Ability to translate insights into actionable plans and drive execution across teams
