Job Description

We are looking for an experienced iScala ERP Specialist to join our team and play a key role in supporting and optimizing our Finance, Logistics, and Manufacturing processes. In this position, you will act as a bridge between business and technology, providing functional expertise, driving system improvements, and ensuring successful ERP implementations. This role is ideal for someone with strong end-to-end process knowledge and a collaborative mindset, who thrives in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide functional support and configuration guidance across core iScala Finance, Logistics and Manufacturing modules.

  • Gather business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and translate needs into practical ERP solutions.

  • Support system implementations, testing, data validation, and go-live activities.

  • Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and regional stakeholders to drive process standardization and continuous improvement.

  • Prepare documentation, training materials, and user guidance as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Around 10 years of experience working with iScala ERP in Finance and Logistics environments.

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes including GL, AP, AR, purchasing, sales, inventory and Manufacturing Module.

  • Experience supporting ERP implementations, testing, user acceptance activities, and process improvements.

  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate with both business and technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Supply Chain, IT, or related field.

  • Experience in multinational or template-driven ERP environments is an advantage.

  • Exposure to related ERP platforms or reporting tools is beneficial.
