Job Description

Amazon Global Selling is a key initiative to achieve our vision to offer customers Earth’s largest selection. We provide selling partners the opportunity to sell their goods on the Amazon platform worldwide. Amazon's CN Global Selling Haul team currently seeks a passionate business operation manager to support our strategy implementation and sharpen our daily operation via data analytics and tools with actionable insights.

Key job responsibilities
- Work closely with central members and cross-team to manage key strategic operation workstreams, i.e. business analysis and planning/data analysis/reporting/goal setting/performance reviews/program operational works.
- Utilized Excel, SQL, Python and dashboard to manage data for Sellers/Selection success.
- Handle large, complex data solution, conduct strategic analysis and insight generation, drive mid-to-long term initiatives to improve seller experience and to accelerate business growth for Global Selling Business.
- Establish the holistic and effective mechanism to optimize Haul data visibility and management.

Basic qualifications
- Experience of analyzing and interpreting data with SQL, Excel and other data tools, including Gen-AI tools
- Experience with data visualization using Quicksight, or similar tools
- Experience in data mining, ETL, etc. and using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets
- Experience in data automation and able to build report/dashboard through automation tools
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders to translate between data operation and business needs

Preferred qualifications
- Experience in Python is a plus
- Experience with business operation, project management or in-house / strategy consultant

Basic Qualifications


- Experience conducting sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
