A Brief Overview
This role is responsible for supporting the financial and programmatic operations of a wide range of clinical and non-clinical programs, projects and initiatives including (but not limited to) those connected to the strategic plan, operating plan initiatives across the entity as well as departmental & divisional plans.
Responsibilities will include facets of all three missions of the division - clinical, research and education and an understanding of academic medicine both at CHOP and as part of the University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine. Responsibilities primarily involve independent budget and business plan preparation and financial and other operational data analysis. Also, will independently present analysis to internal and external audiences.
This role independently represents Division in Departmental initiatives, and heavily involved with strategic planning in Division.
This position will effectively and independently interface with physician leaders both within the division and across the enterprise to advise and partner on program development, strategic planning and problem solving.

SALARY RANGE:
$107,200.00 - $142,100.00 Annually
Salary ranges are shown for full-time jobs. If you're working part-time, your pay will be adjusted accordingly.
