About Midea Industrial Technology
Midea’s Industrial Technologies Business Group is specialized in ‘humanizing’ our latest technology and providing core component solutions for household appliances, automobile industrial control, and 3C industry with high precision levels.
This person will spearhead penetrating the U.S. market with an established client base, strengthen relationships with existing clients and expand the perspective client base.
1. Stay current with product launches or transitions to maintain up-to-date sales engagement programs, including both product and service-related support.
2. Identify new business opportunities with main OEM manufacturers in the territory, and establish customer rapport with products and services.
3. Work with all facets of the customer’s organization, including engineering, purchasing/sourcing, operations, product management, and quality representatives.
4. Provide customer information through presentations covering new products, project schedules, quality performance, and technical training.
5. Document market and customer findings and communicate the information back to the organization.
6. Support sales and marketing efforts to evaluate market segment trends, monitor government regulatory activities, and solicit customer feedback.
7. Supporting team members and peers to achieve KPIs
8. Support all product and business promotional activities and participate in regional and international trade shows.
Requirement
1. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
2. 10+ years of experience in Technical Sales and Marketing
3. Knowledge and understanding of HVAC and/or Refrigeration OEM market segments is a must
4. Technical and commercial understanding of scroll (or competitive technology) compressors.
5. Excellent verbal, written, presentation and communication skills (English language).
6. Highly motivated, self-sufficient, and capable of managing multiple projects
7. Frequent domestic travel with occasional international travel and weekend travel.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
