Brady Corp is seeking someone with strong logistics, distribution, or supply chain experience. As a Sr Business Consultant, you will work in both a pre-sale as well as a post sales role You will work to identify customers/prospects perceived problems/goals, real problems/goals, develop value proposition, identify ROI opportunity, and present it effectivelyYour intent and goals are to become a trusted advisor for our clients and partners while engaging with channel partners, local consultants, key sales personnel, solution architects, developers, and users for overall strategy with clients and partners
Qualifications
- 100% Remote in Central Region (IL, IN, OH, KY, TN, GA, NC)
- Engage in customer-facing activities
- Analyze growth opportunities
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify and recommend product development needs
- Analyze customer operations; recommend process change
- Develop targeted solutions and value propositions
- Present recommended solution and value proposition to prospects
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners
- This position is incentive plan eligible.
What You Will Need To Be Successful:
- Will need 6 or more years’ experience in supply chain, distribution, or logistics
- Bachelor's degree in Business field or MBA.
- Will need over 3 years of Relationship Responsibility for managing Accounts, Suppliers or Vendors
- Technical understanding of software solutions and SaaS
- Must have over 6 years of Supply Chain Operations or WMS (Warehouse Managements Systems)
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Experience with financial management and analysis
