The Senior Business Analyst, SAP Finance is part of Molex's Global ERP organization and serves as a trusted technology and business partner to Finance stakeholders worldwide. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, enhancing, and supporting SAP Finance solutions that enable business growth, operational excellence, and digital transformation.

Our Team

As a member of a global team, you will collaborate closely with Finance leaders, business process owners, and cross-functional IT teams to translate business needs into scalable SAP solutions. You will serve as both a strategic advisor and hands-on SAP functional expert, helping customers optimize financial processes, improve reporting capabilities, and maximize the value of SAP investments across the enterprise. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex global initiatives, influence technology strategy, and build strong relationships with business partners across multiple regions and functions.

What You Will Do

• Lead or participate with the analysis, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of SAP Finance and Controlling solutions across ECC and S/4HANA Central Finance (CFIN) environments.
• Configure and support SAP Finance modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Internal Orders (IO), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Product Costing, and Central Finance.
• Support integrated financial processes involving SAP and related applications such as Coupa, OneSource, GetPaid, Blackline, Kyriba, business intelligence platforms, and other third-party systems.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable SAP solutions while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and best practices. Business Partnership & Customer Engagement
• Act as a trusted advisor to Finance business leaders and key stakeholders by developing a deep understanding of their goals, challenges, and operational needs.
• Build strong customer relationships through proactive engagement, consultation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering sessions, process reviews, and solution demonstrations with global business teams.
• Provide functional leadership in evaluating business opportunities, recommending alternative solutions and driving process optimization.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status, risks, issues, and solution impacts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Project & Support Leadership
• Lead or participate in Global ERP projects, enhancements, acquisitions, integrations, and transformation initiatives.
• Support all phases of the project lifecycle including requirements definition, process design, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and hyper care support.
• Participate in production support activities and act as an escalation point for complex SAP Finance issues.
• Review and validate functional specifications and ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Partner with other global ERP team members including functional and technical analysts, development teams, architects, and integration teams to deliver end-to-end business solutions. Continuous Improvement
• Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve system performance and user experience.
• Recommend innovative SAP capabilities and emerging technologies that support business objectives and digital transformation goals.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, process documentation, and best practice development across the Global ERP organization.
• Work in a Product Team / Agile methodology continuous improvement initiatives

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of SAP Finance configuration in ECC and implementation experience supporting large-scale global SAP environments.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus across business and technical teams.
• Strong experience in SAP Finance and Controlling modules, including:
• Experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA Finance solutions, with emphasis on Central Finance processes.
• Strong understanding of financial business processes and have exposure to costing methodologies, month-end close activities, and financial reporting requirements.
• Experience leading requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and support activities.

• Strong consulting mindset with the ability to understand business challenges and recommend value-driven solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with business leaders, end users, and technical teams.

• Strong presentation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining stakeholder trust.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.

What Will Put You Ahead

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations, migrations, and transformation programs.
• Experience with SAP Finance integration points including: o Materials Management (MM) o Sales and Distribution (SD)
• Experience with SAP Product Costing utilizing production orders and cost collectors.
• Experience with SAP Invoice Verification, Billing, Settlement Processing, and DART reporting.
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager, ServiceNow, and IT service management processes.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications, SAP Analytics, SAP BTP, and emerging SAP cloud technologies.
• Experience working in global, matrixed organizations supporting multiple business units and regions.
• Experience leading customer-facing projects, business transformation initiatives, or process improvement programs.
• Experience working in a Product Team and familiarity with Agile methodology principles

For this role, we anticipate paying $120,000 - $160,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
