Classification: Contract

Contract Length: 12-months

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our EBA Operations team. This role has a strong emphasis on Kronos iSeries, UKG WFM Pro, and Lawson. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in mergers and acquisitions, strong analytical skills, and hands-on expertise with workforce management and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

  • Primarily, supports and leads all merger and acquisition project work.
  • Lead business analysis efforts for mergers and acquisitions, including system assessments, integration planning, data mapping, testing, and implementation activities.
  • Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
  • Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for system enhancements and operational efficiencies.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics for technology and business initiatives.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for UKG Workforce Management (WFM), Kronos iSeries, and other supported applications.
  • Coordinate system upgrades, patches, enhancements, and testing activities.
  • Develop functional specifications, process documentation, workflow diagrams, and business requirements documents.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams and direct the work of analysts, administrators, consultants, and other project resources as needed.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder reviews to drive alignment and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to troubleshoot system issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Support data governance, reporting, auditing, and compliance activities related to workforce and enterprise systems.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and potential impacts associated with business and system changes.
  • Provide end-user training, knowledge transfer, and ongoing support for implemented solutions.
  • Recommend innovative solutions and best practices to improve system performance, scalability, and user experience.
  • Ensure system configurations and business processes align with organizational goals and strategic objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 6–8 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst, Applications Analyst, or related role.
  • Experience leading or supporting merger and acquisition (M&A) integration projects.
  • Hands-on experience supporting UKG Workforce Management (WFM), Kronos iSeries, or similar workforce management applications.
  • Strong experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience with system implementation, integration, testing, and change management activities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
