Job Description

We are a leading Australian property group that own, operate and develop a fast-growing portfolio of Lifestyle communities (land lease communities) and holiday parks across key urban and coastal markets. About the Role

This new role will drive strategic initiatives within the Technology team, enhancing operational efficiency, improving customer experience, and supporting business growth across the hospitality and property sectors through collaborative project delivery, analytical insights, and process optimisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop outcome based prioritised business requirements, process workflows, end to end user journey mapping, use cases, and functional specifications
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments, including Tourism, Lifestyle, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Technology to gather requirements and ensure alignment on project goals
  • Utilise data visualisation tools to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to identify pain points and drive change initiatives
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, compliance with relevant regulations and timelines

About You:

  • Extensive experience in business analysis within the property or real estate sector
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget as a lean delivery lead
  • Strong background in technology and data projects
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Good documentation skills and experience in user support and change management tasks of a technical nature
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile) and tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, MS Dynamics, Estate Master, JD)
  • Familiarity with property management software and real estate market dynamics is a plus
