TheSr. IT Business Analyst –Business Solutionswill be a strategic advisor who drives engagement across the organization to implement,maintain, and maximize the value of IT investments.  Working collaboratively withthe businesspartners to understand their needs and with other IT partners to define, develop, and deliver cost-effective and efficient solutions. • Possess a solid understanding of the business functionalareaand processes involved.
• Analyze complex business problems and assess needs and opportunities that can be solved or enabled through technology.
• Develop new technical models that drive sound business decisions and drive simplified and streamlined automated processes.
• Working as a business partner,gatherdata andunderstandassociated processes to formulate strategies andobjectivesto deliver value-based solutions.
• Strong project management skills and techniques that enable the team to deliveroptimumresults

The ideal candidate will be recognized as a key contributor to the Finance,Sourcing,and IT teams.  You are people,process, and systems oriented and loveidentifyingand delivering quality solutions that drive business transformation, while executing andmaintainingthe highest standards for technical solutions & support.  You also enjoy working with and motivating others to success, regardless of reporting lines, and are comfortable operating with any staff/management level in the organization. 

You’llbe most successful in this role if you have:

• Deep understanding of business functional processes with the abilityto bridge requirements with technical solutions.
• Ability to engage in ideation,reimagineconcepts, and define technology opportunities that drive value and efficiency.
• Acts as a technical consultant and trusted advisor, providing an independent perspective with confidence that can challenge partners tothink outside the boxand driveappropriate solutions
• Fosters partnership, collaboration, open communication, and builds strong relationships, effectively leading and working with the team on solutions that transform and add value.  
• Skilled in process and project management with a delivery mindset, able tofacilitateand lead prioritization decision-making processes

In order totake on these challenges,you’llneed to have:

• Functional & technical domainexpertisewith Financeand Sourcingsystems a plus
• Strong requirements definition, business process analysis & facilitation skills
• Systems analysis, design, testing, training, change control & implementationexpertise
• Proven systems support & troubleshooting
• Experience with JD Edwards Financialsand Sourcing
• Strong project management and leadership skills
• 7+years of experienceas an Information Technology Business Solutions Analyst involved directly with supporting the business teams.

National Target Base Pay Range: $117,000.00 - $195,000.00

The salary range for this position is based on national standards. For candidates in California and the New York metro, the Target Base Pay Range is $130,000.00 - $216,000.00 to reflect the cost of living and market conditions in those areas.

Actual compensation will take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location, education, experience, qualifications, and job-related skills. It is not typical for an individual to be hired above the midpoint of the range for their role, and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. This information is provided to applicants in accordance with state and local laws.

Base pay is only one component of our total rewards offerings, and we will take the full offering into consideration when presenting an offer of employment. Our total rewards package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, Medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401K match, and other wellness benefits.
