Who we are looking for:

The Builder Finance Manager is responsible for driving the financial performance of a builder entity, as well as long-term growth strategies. Accountable for annual budgeting and key performance indicator monitoring while guiding management with data-driven financial decisions that enhance profitability and strengthen builder relationships.

Serve as the primary financial strategist for Velocio by continuously evaluating financial results,
operational performance, compensation structures, staffing models, pricing strategies, and market
trends to identify opportunities to increase revenue and reduce expenses.

Present recommendations to executive leadership and builder partners regularly, and drive
implementation of approved initiatives.
•
Establish, maintain, and continuously improve enterprise-wide KPI reporting, financial
dashboards, and performance scorecards used to drive executive decision-making.
•
Serve as the senior finance liaison between production, operations, capital markets, accounting,
and executive leadership to ensure alignment of financial goals and business initiatives.
