
The Senior Business Systems Analyst, Oracle Fusion – Advanced Inventory plays a key role in supporting, optimizing, and enhancing Oracle Fusion Inventory and warehouse management processes across the organization. This position serves as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and compliant solutions that support critical operational and supply chain activities.
The incumbent leverages strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Inventory processes, combined with business analysis capabilities and technical understanding of integrations, reporting, and system configuration. This role partners cross-functionally to improve inventory operations, resolve complex business challenges, and support ongoing system enhancements.
Duties & Responsibilities
Minimum & Preferred Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Qualifications
8+ years of experience supporting supply chain, warehouse, or inventory systems.
5+ years of hands-on experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud Inventory, Warehouse, or related supply chain modules.
Experience supporting at least one full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation.
Strong understanding of inventory impacts to costing, accounting, and financial reporting.
Deep functional knowledge of inventory operations, controls, and warehouse processes.
Experience gathering business requirements, documenting process flows, and developing functional specifications.
Experience working with enterprise integrations across Supply Chain, Finance, and related systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications in Inventory Management, SCM Cloud, or related modules.
Experience supporting global, multi-organization, or multi-currency environments.
Experience integrating Oracle Fusion with WMS, manufacturing, ERP, or other enterprise platforms.
Experience in SOX-controlled, FDA-regulated, medical device, or other highly regulated environments.
Consulting or systems integrator experience.
Experience supporting Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is required; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
CompensationThe anticipated range for this position is $110,000 - $150,000Actual placement within the range is dependent on multiple factors, including but not limited to skills, education, and experience. This position also qualifies for up to 10% annual bonus based on Company, department, and individual performance.
This position primarily works in an office environment and requires frequent sitting, standing, and walking. Daily use of a computer and other digital devices is required. This role may require standing for extended periods when facilitating meetings or walking through facilities.
