Job Description

The Senior Brand Manager, Vaccines will be the strategic lead for a priority brand within the vaccines portfolio. This brand is one of the most critical for the company at both the global and local levels. The role is accountable for developing and executing the brand strategy to maximize growth, strengthen market position, and deliver ambitious business objectives.

As the brand owner, this position requires a strong strategic mindset, cross-functional leadership, and deep commercial acumen to drive impact across the full customer journey. The role will partner with key stakeholders locally and globally to ensure alignment, excellence in execution, and sustainable brand performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy and annual brand plan for a single, high-priority vaccines brand
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing initiatives to drive brand growth and market leadership
  • Translate global brand strategy into effective local plans, ensuring relevance to the market context
  • Monitor brand performance, market trends, and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities and risks
  • Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs, Sales, Market Access, Regulatory, Finance, and Supply Chain teams
  • Influence and align with global and regional stakeholders on brand priorities, investments, and execution
  • Lead lifecycle management, and tactical optimization for the brand both in private and public markets
  • Manage agency partners and external vendors to deliver high-quality marketing materials and campaigns
  • Ensure all activities are compliant with internal policies, legal, and regulatory requirements
  • Prepare performance updates, business cases, and strategic recommendations for leadership

Required Qualifications

  • 5–7+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or commercial roles
  • Proven experience managing a strategic or flagship brand, preferably in pharmaceuticals, biotech, or vaccines
  • Strong ability to work in a matrix organization and influence without authority
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, communication, and project management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results in a complex and fast-paced environment
  • Fluent English

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Experience managing a top-priority brand at a local, regional, or global level
  • Background in vaccines or specialty care
  • Experience working with cross-functional and international teams
