Reporting into Brand Head
A fast-growing D2C beauty brand building clean, salon-quality haircare products intentionally formulated for Indian hair types, weather, and habits. The brand operates at the intersection of culture, community, and product-led storytelling, with a strong focus on youth culture, experiences, and bold brand expression.
As Senior Brand Manager, you will be responsible for building the brand’s cultural relevance and visibility through high-impact campaigns, partnerships, experiences, and on-ground activations. This role is for someone who is deeply plugged into culture, beauty, and youth ecosystems, and who can translate brand strategy into memorable, offline-first and culture-led moments. You will own end-to-end execution of brand initiatives, from ideation to delivery, working closely with creative, partnerships, and business teams to expand the brand’s cultural footprint.
Brand and cultural campaigns
Conceptualize and execute high impact brand and cultural campaigns across the year
Deliver bold brand moments across OOH, stunts, and offline first activations
Ensure brand storytelling is consistent, differentiated, and culturally sharp
Partnerships, collaborations and endorsements
Drive collaborations with brands, platforms, events, and IPs that expand cultural reach
Own sponsorships and endorsements with creators, media personalities, and emerging icons
Identify and execute partnerships aligned with brand values and audience relevance
Experiences and events
Build and execute large scale brand experiences, including owned IPs and marquee external platforms
Plan and deliver small and mid sized cultural events across music, art, fitness, and community spaces
Own presence at college festivals and youth culture platforms
Offline activations and on ground brand moments
Drive offline activations such as mobile experiences, photobooths, salon activations, and pop ups
Execute onground brand moments that increase visibility, engagement, and recall
Manage multiple activations simultaneously with strong attention to detail
Cross functional execution
Work closely with creative, content, partnerships, and business teams
Own projects end to end from planning and budgeting to execution and reporting
Ensure timelines, quality, and brand standards are consistently met
3–4 years of experience across brand strategy, marketing, or growth roles
Strong interest in brand, culture, consumer behaviour, and storytelling
Passionate about beauty, personal care, and product-led brands
Strategic thinker with a strong execution mindset
Highly organized and comfortable owning projects independently
Thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
Strong communicator and collaborator across creative and business teams
Brand campaigns and activations are culturally relevant, talked about, and remembered
Strong presence across youth culture platforms, events, and communities
Successful execution of partnerships, events, and offline activations end-to-end
