Job title: Sr Brand Lead OncoHematology

You will have a chance to drive the launch of new Brands in OncoHematology field interacting in partnership with the main local and Global leaders of Sanofi Genzyme.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop the strategy and execution of the Brand in alignment with Global guidelines and with optimized timelines.
• Complete market analysis and competitive benchmarking to adapt marketing tactics.
• Lead and maximize the performance of the business, monitoring sales and supply, maximizing ROI, and catching opportunities while maintaining good price levels.
• Gathers, manages, and prioritizes market/customer requirements, ensuring best-in-class Customer Facing skills and maintaining close contact with market experts and OncoHematology stakeholders.
• Drive and execute best-in-class Digital strategy for the Brand, in line with company transformation ambition.
• Ensure support & alignment of all business functions according to the portfolio needs.
• Partner closely to Field Teams to ensure message pull through, and provide adequate support.
• Lead Brand Plan, Strat Plan and Financials forecasting processes for the Oncohematology business.
• Drive new portfolio launch readiness and go-to-market for the Oncohematology Business Unit.
• Promote an Agile way of thinking within the Brand Team.

About You

To be successful in this position, we need candidates with the following requirements:

Education: Master’s degree in business/science: MBA preferred.

Experience & knowledge: To succeed in this position, it is necessary to:

• Marketing experience in OncoHematology or within highly complex markets
• Track record of successful product launches in the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong international and country experience

Languages: Fluent in English & Portuguese are a must, Spanish, French could be a differential.

Competencies:

• Excellent leadership, analytical, collaboration, influencing and negotiation/communication skills.
• Very solid knowledge of the marketing and digital process and its execution.
• Ability to understand and process complex scientific information.
• Ability to think strategically and develop long-term objectives and related milestones.
• Ability to interact effectively with many different internal and external stakeholders, including key experts in their fields.
• Interest and openness to new and unconventional marketing approaches, ability to embrace change and innovative ways of working, in line with Agile thinking.
• Ability to synthesize and format information into high quality presentations geared towards specific audiences.
• Strict adherence to timelines and ability to manage priorities effectively.

• Travel required 20%
