Job Summary

The Brand Development Manager is responsible for the flawless execution of marketing plans and programs of the assigned categories to achieve the brand business objectives. Responsibilities include implementation of marketing plans with the required 5 Ps deployment for the market, for launches, re-launches, line extensions, brand activations and promotional activities. Lead the development,execution and evaluation of local promotional initiatives. Also responsible for the Local sub-category P&L's. Monitors & explains variations in Market Share and Key Financial Ratios. Responsible for the marketing input in the CBP (Commercial Business Planning) process, demand plan and Commercial Meetings. Supports in the preparation of the Budget Review, Mid-Year Review, and business reviews for Corporate & Division.

Essential Functions

-Supports the development of Go to Market strategy and Brand Experience Calendar including feedback on assets and touchpoints across the ACPL model (awareness, consideration, purchase, loyalty).

-Work closely with the agency and define powerful and compelling briefs to amplify locally the regional innovation pipeline and local projects.

-Is responsible for implementation of Go to Market plans and 5 Ps strategies to achieve goals.

-Responsible for the Local Category of Profit & Loss Statement.

-Analyze Key Performance Indicators to identify local issues and business opportunities, including but not limited to: Share of Market, Net Sales and Volume, Margin at Retail Environment level.

-Brings forward actions for discussion, alignment and approval in Commercial Business Planning (CBP) meetings.

-Ensures the execution of local margin improvement initiatives and business simplification initiatives, including SKU monitoring and depletions.

-Leads Commercial Meeting and supports in the preparation of Budget Review, Mid Year Review and business reviews for Corporate & Division.

-Implements Pricing strategies and monitors market implementation to take corrective actions.

-Recommends Price Increases and is responsible to execute steps to ensure Price Lists are timely updated on both SAP and customer communications.

-Develops/Delivers presentation of launches, promotions/ initiatives and business status to the Commercial team.

-Leads local execution of strategic markets and / or equities within the region that are fundamental to our hub strategy and key for reaching our hub's long term growth targets.

Qualifications

-Bachelor’s Degree.

-Master Degree (Preferred)

-At least 5 years in Marketing area experience.

  • 100% English proficiency.

-High Financial understanding and analytical abilities

-Solid communication skills, capable of raising consensus at all levels: peers, executives, team members.

-Strong Excel / Sheets skills for analytical purposes

-Strong Google Suite skills (Docs, Slides…)
