We are seeking a hard-working, motivated Sr Billing Analyst to work with a fast-growing Revenue Operations team reporting directly into our SVP Revenue Operations to support the growing Corporate owned Trade portfolio.

The ideal candidate will be able to independently perform routine billing functions. A strong candidate should be driven and resourceful, with strong prioritization skills and an analytical mindset with a desire to work in a challenging fast-paced environment that is focused on growth and innovation.

Responsibilities:
• Process customer billing transactions.
• Monitor customer payments and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and collecting payments on outstanding debt.
• Reconciling bank and company accounts
• Assist with maintenance, capture and reconciliation of billed revenue ensuring compliance with established contracts.
• Asist with financial audit requests
• Ensure accuracy of applicable balance sheet accounts
Qualifications:
• 5 – 7 plus years in Accounting of Finance experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• Advanced Excel / PowerPoint skills
• Must be a proactive & highly organized self-starter with excellent communication / collaboration skills
• Must be flexible, able to handle multiple priorities and work independently
• Ability to think creatively while maintaining high standards of accuracy and precision
• Industry experience – prior retail or franchise experience a plus but not required
