Sr. Benefit Analyst

The Senior Benefits Analyst is responsible for the operational execution and administration of the company’s leave, time‑off, and employee wellbeing programs globally. This role ensures consistent, compliant, and employee‑centered experience for some of the organization’s most personal and high‑touch programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all leave programs globally

  • Coordinate with third‑party leave administrators, payroll, HR, and managers

  • Oversee Workers’ Compensation and workplace accommodations

  • Track return‑to‑work, escalations, and compliance requirements

  • Manage PTO, sick leave, holidays, and statutory leave programs

  • Monitor regulatory changes and recommend policy or process updates

  • Partner with HRIS on Workday configuration and compliance

  • Manage life insurance programs, process death notices as needed

  • Own day‑to‑day administration of wellness, EAP, and wellbeing‑related voluntary programs

  • Coordinate employee education sessions, webinars, and engagement initiatives

  • Monitor participation and program effectiveness

  • Manage direct‑bill processes for employees on leave and consultant populations

  • Manage and own the consultant bench process

  • Maintain SOPs, process documentation, and operational controls

  • Develop and maintain operational and policy‑specific employee communications

  • Support handbook and leave policy documentation

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience or 6 years’ experience without a bachelor’s degree.

  • Strong experience managing leaves through a third‑party administrator

  • Knowledge of U.S. and international leave regulations required

  • Workday experience strongly preferred

  • Exceptional organization, empathy, and confidentiality skills

Additional Details

  • Remote position

  • Occasional travel up to 10% of the time
