We are looking for a Sr Backend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on Java developer with strong experience in Spring Framework and a passion for leveraging AI-assisted tools to improve the development process. What you will be doing

• Participate in the entire application lifecycle: Design, develop, test, deploy and monitor microservices.
• Propose and develop new event driven microservice architecture solutions.
• Fully embrace AI throughout the entire development process, leveraging AI-assisted tools and workflows at every stage — from design and coding to testing and monitoring.
• Gather and address technical and design requirements.
• Liaise with developers, designers and system administrators to identify new features.
• Follow emerging technologies and propose to the team new business solutions, technologies and trends.

Requirements:

• +4 years of experience as a backend Java Developer.
• Proven proficiency with AI-assisted development tools and workflows, including daily use of AI coding assistants such as Claude.
• Highly Experienced with AWS: SQS, SNS, Aurora, DynamoDB, DocumentDB, S3, etc.
• Experienced with microservices architecture using Kubernetes, Argo, CI/CD Pipelines.
• An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in fintech or payments-related projects is a plus!
• Intermediate English skills.
