Emory Healthcare is seeking a Sr. Automation Strategist with deep experience in technology-driven development initiatives and enterprise strategy to support our growing UiPath Automation Team. This role is responsible for shaping and implementing strategies related to automation, data, analytics, business intelligence, and AI across academic, research, and healthcare environments. The strategist will drive cross-enterprise collaboration, governance, and transformation initiatives that align with institutional goals, unlock new value, and ensure sustainable growth through innovation. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with technical fluency, stakeholder management, and process optimization.
This invidual will serve as a healthcare process improvement leader who has served as a Business Analyst, Process Engineer, Operational Excellence Consultant, Healthcare Consultant, Product Owner, or Project Manager, and has experience building business cases and facilitating executive discussions, and can independently identify, prioritize, and drive automation opportunities from intake through value realization. This position works on an Automation Development team and you will partner with those team members who will be performing the technical dev scope of these worksteams.
