Compensation and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $117,750 to $196,250 annually with eligibility for a 20% annual incentive bonus, that is based on organizational performance. The pay range represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to educations, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Qualifications
Education: 5-8 years of experience
Years of Related Experience: Bachelors degree in engineering required, Electrical Engineering preferred.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Working knowledge and experience with the engineering programming and implementation ofindustrial control systems. Possess technical problem-solving skills and proven project experience. Understanding ofcontrol systems components, ladder logic programming, HMI programming, and their applications.A minimum of 2 years of experience with instrumentation and controls design as well as PLC/HMI required experience(Rockwell Automation, Modicon, Siemens, GE, Fanuc). Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and AutoCAD.Communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact Professionally with all levels of co-workersmanagement and executive staff workers management and executive staff.
