We are seeking an experienced Site Integration Specialist to serve as the crucial link between our industrial energy management solutions and manufacturing clients.

This role combines technical expertise with project coordination to ensure successful implementation of our digitalization and energy efficiency solutions in factory environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough requirements gathering sessions with factory stakeholders to understand energy consumption patterns, production workflows, and optimization opportunities
  • Collaborate and report to central solution team for progress, learning and planning to ensure milestones are met
  • Translate client needs into technical specifications and implementation plans for our energy management platform
  • Plan and oversee deployment of hardware and related testing of connectivity
  • Ensure all installations comply with relevant industrial and safety standards (ISO 50001, IEC 61508, NFPA 70E, etc.)
  • Coordinate with factory IT/OT teams for secure integration with existing industrial systems
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes and validate Energy Performance Indicators (EnPIs) to ensure solutions meet client specifications and deliver measurable efficiency improvements
  • Provide on-site troubleshooting and technical support during implementation for resolving connectivity, data quality and interfacing issues.
  • Monitor system performance post-deployment
  • Deliver training to factory personnel on system operation and usage

Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's / Maters degree in Electrical, Electronics, Control Systems, or Instrumentation Engineering
  • 8+ years of experience in industrial automation, manufacturing systems, or energy management
  • Demonstrated knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profinet, EtherNet/IP, OPC UA, BACnet, MQTT)
  • Experience interfacing with diverse industrial equipment (HVAC systems, compressors, boilers, chillers, motors, production lines)
  • Familiarity with PLCs, RTUs, SCADA systems, and industrial IoT platforms
  • Working knowledge of energy metering systems and power quality analysis
  • Understanding of industrial safety standards (IEC 61508/61511, ISO 13849)
  • Experience with energy management standards (ISO 50001) and compliance requirements. Alternatively at least one demonstrated industry regulatory knowledge in industrial domain is mandatory
  • Specialist level project management skills with ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as primary job function
  • Proficiency in English is a must, willingness to working across time zones between NA and Asia.
