Responsibilities

• Drive digital development for digibank by ensuring it has superior customer journey that meets with customer needs.
• Act as primary liaison between the digibank delivery, digibank tech and business/product owners.
• Ensure the delivery of digital journeys is aligned with the bank's overall strategy.
• Develop Customer Journey together with CE, UI/UX, Business/prod
• Manage and enhance the digital wealth platform to provide a seamless and personalized customer experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative digital solutions to address customer needs.
• Analyze customer behavior and feedback to continuously improve the digital platform and services.
• Ensure the digital platform is compliant with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Contribute to the development of the bank's digital strategy and roadmap for the Consumer Banking Group.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Have experience in digital product management, with a focus on financial and investment services.
• Proven track record of delivering successful digital projects and enhancing customer experience.
• Strong understanding of digital banking industry, customer behavior, and emerging digital trends.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficient in project management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business requirements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex information to various stakeholders.
