About this role

The Abound Operations team is seeking an eager, capable, and skilled Project Manager to support multiple customer deployments of Carrier’s Abound cloud-based product. A prime candidate for this dynamic and high paced environment would be a self-starter with a positive attitude, a problem solver, someone who is proactive, organized and is customer service oriented.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operational aspects inherent to a Project Manager role and will report directly to an Abound Senior Project Manager.

• Creating and managing project plans and customer dashboards
• Hosting customer meetings
• Coordinating internal and external resources
• Quality assurance
• Reporting
• Issue and risk management/mitigation
• Escalations management
• Customer kickoff presentations
• Supporting Senior Project Manager with completion of project and business objectives

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1+ years of project management/customer facing experience

Preferred Qualifications

Other qualifications you may have that would be beneficial in this role include:

• Competencies in: Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
• Experience with Smartsheet, a plus
• Knowledge of project plans: dependencies, relationships, durations, etc.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to overcome and/or eliminate roadblocks
