ROLE PURPOSE
The Programmatic Sr Associateis responsible formanaging campaigns on programmatic platforms for clients, including strategy, setup, implementation, and monitoring across various DSPs (Demand Side Platforms) used. This role is fundamental within the digital strategy of a communications group and works closely with teams from other media channels.
This position is for the Offshore Team of Dentsu Argentina, and works for teamslocatedinDentsu'sagencies in other countries. Has a local support team that leads the integration and relationship with the other members of the Offshore Team in Argentina.
TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES
Collaborate with account teams to manage campaigns across various DSPs, including trafficking creative assets, tags, naming conventions, and other elements necessary for campaign implementation.
Set up campaigns in DSPs based on the established strategy andmonitortheir delivery.
Troubleshoot configuration issues and campaign malfunctions.
Upload campaigns and perform qualitycontroldoing data quality assurance via Q&A checks.
Monitor campaign pacing and ensure they meet the predefinedobjectives
Generate reports in collaboration with media vendors to perform reconciliations for billing purposes.
Analyze campaign data and propose optimization suggestions.
Review and execute campaign optimizations.
Work with media vendors to analyzepurchasingopportunity proposals and campaign optimizations.
Prepare campaign result reports, analyze data, andidentifypotential adjustments tooptimizeKPIs.
Occasionally supervise the work of more junior team members.
Work with the agency's data teams to analyze and create client presentations.
Develop good relationships with clients if involved in client interactions.
If required by the team, train more junior members by assisting in their development and helping them perform their tasks.
As part of the Offshore Team of Dentsu Argentina, you must activelyparticipatein the weekly virtual networking meetings with other members of the Argentina offshore team.
You must alsoparticipatein the Offshore Team's peer-to-peer engagement activities held periodically in our Buenos Aires offices, except for those who are notlocatedin that city.
QUALIFICATIONS
1 to 2 years of experience.
Bachelor'sdegree, preferably in marketing, advertising, finance, or analytics, will be valued.
Knowledge of managing Programmatic DSPs, primarily Google DV360.
Advanced knowledge and understanding of Performance Marketing concepts.
Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical thinking, comfortable with data and mathematical skills.
Solution-oriented with strong critical thinking skills.

Ability to resolve and troubleshoot problems.
