Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operational Excellence Senior Associate to support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives across the business. This role will help monitor performance, analyze operational data, document processes, and assist in implementing improvement projects. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support day-to-day operational excellence and process improvement activities
  2. Assist in reviewing workflows and identifying process gaps, inefficiencies, or bottlenecks
  3. Help collect, organize, and analyze operational data to support reporting and decision-making
  4. Prepare regular reports, trackers, and presentations on key operational metrics
  5. Assist in documenting and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process guidelines
  6. Support root cause analysis for operational issues and help track action plans
  7. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support improvement initiatives and follow-ups
  8. Monitor the progress of assigned projects and ensure timely updates are shared with stakeholders
  9. Help ensure process compliance and adherence to operational standards
  10. Contribute ideas that support a culture of continuous improvement


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in operations, process improvement, quality assurance, business support, or a similar role
  • Basic understanding of Lean Six Sigma
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good knowledge of Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Document, Looker)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Willingness to learn and work in a collaborative environment
