What You'll Do

Assist with the review and implementation of marketing technology and marketing business processes that support key marketing initiatives. Build and optimize complex marketing campaigns and technology solutions. Consulting with marketing partners on marketing campaigns. Provides day-to-day project management.

• Configure, test, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns through the use, and coordination, of marketing automation, survey, social, web, virtual event and digital asset management technologies.
• Consult with marketing partners through marketing campaign development and digital channel optimization. Assist with analysis/discovery, project documentation and coordinating the configuration of marketing technology.
• Provide day to day digital channel execution support, enterprise engagement and skill development based on established digital marketing best practices and insights.
• Implement the company’s digital marketing strategy by managing large/complex or multiple projects.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing processes, marketing technology tool standardization and establish consistency across campaigns and business areas.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years related work experience
• Ability to gather requirements for marketing data needs to streamline or automate marketing campaigns, define the target audience, translate requirements to technical teams, project manage campaign timelines and resource dependencies through the data lifecycle.
• Understands BI data patterns, CRM reporting, and how tools work and integrate. Deep understanding of the data integration between data sources (CRM, BI, Affiliate and Digital) and tools.
• Working knowledge of Power BI, SAS, SQL, Ampscript, joining multiple data sources together, data visualization, CRM data structure, Marketing Cloud data structure and Excel a plus.
• Experience in target marketing and requirements gathering for list generation a plus.
• Ability to possess demonstrated analytical skills, problem-solving and big picture/conceptual skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Strong technical, financial services product and business processes acumen
• Must be able to build and maintain relationships and facilitate collaboration and communication
• Demonstrate the ability to embrace and understand the change process and effectively guides other through change
• Travel may be required

Salary Range Information

Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)

$73000 - $99000 / year

Time Off Program

Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.

Work Environments

This role offers in-office, hybrid, and remote work options. Hybrid means at least three office days per week. Remote work is available only if you live more than 30 miles from Waco, TX. You’ll collaborate with your leader to decide which option suits you best.
