PAY RANGE
The Target Pay Range for this position is $229,300.00-$280,200.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $178,500.00 - $331,200.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE:
As Sr. Associate General Counsel, you will play a critical leadership role in shaping how BECU manages legal risk across its vendor, technology, and strategic business partnerships. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, managing complex technology, SaaS, AI, and vendor contracting matters while supporting enterprise innovation initiatives and core banking regulatory matters. This position reports to the Deputy General Counsel. You'll lead a collaborative team, establish contracting standards, and help modernize the way legal services are delivered across the organization.
