Carrier is actively recruiting for a Senior Associate- FP&A to join the team in Mebane, NC. Please note that this role is a Hybrid role- 3 days onsite, 2 remote.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Associate FP&A Analyst who is a data-driven, has very strong financial acumen, enjoys problem solving and is excited to help drive organizational financial goals. The candidate will report to the Associate Director of Finance and directly support all aspects of Forecasting, budgeting, and close processes. This role interacts with many areas of our business and offers solid career progression.

Responsibilities:

• Support monthly forecast process, including run rate and sequential analytics across the P&L and FCF

• Review and prepare actual v. plan variance analytics and develop recommendations to achieve financial KPI’s

• Key team member to support monthly closing process, including journal entries and reconciliations

• Review forecast proposals, understanding key assumptions and drivers to achieve

• Support Commercial and Operations finance manager on key deliverables and ad hoc requests

• Support Risk and opportunities tracking

• Complete Ad hoc project and data requests

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance role

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree- Accounting, Finance or Business Administration

• Experience in Power-BI and JDE ERP

• Working knowledge of US GAAP

• Experience in Consumer Package Goods

• Strong PC skills including knowledge of HFM, Excel and PowerPoint

• Strong budgeting/forecasting skills and experience
