Job Description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Associate, CX Market Research based in the Canada.

This role supports the delivery of Customer Experience (CX) research programs that help organizations better understand customer opinions, perceptions, and expectations.
You will work across research design, data collection, analysis, reporting, and client delivery in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
The position offers broad exposure to both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and the full lifecycle of CX programs.
You will partner with internal teams and clients to translate business objectives into accurate, actionable research deliverables.
Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and strong project coordination will be essential to ensuring high-quality outcomes.
The role is well suited to a curious, quick-thinking professional who enjoys learning new tools, solving problems, and managing multiple priorities.

Accountabilities

  • Support the implementation and ongoing management of Customer Experience research programs, ensuring projects meet defined specifications and client objectives.
  • Assist with questionnaire design, sample programming, data processing specifications, analysis planning, and reporting platforms.
  • Collect, validate, and analyze research data while ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop client reports, presentations, and customized analyses that translate research findings into clear and useful insights.
  • Respond to client requests and questions in a timely, professional manner, adapting analyses and deliverables to evolving needs.
  • Support the planning, preparation, and execution of recurring client meetings and presentations.
  • Coordinate multiple project activities simultaneously, managing priorities and deadlines with limited supervision.
  • Support financial management activities associated with assigned research projects.
  • Review and quality-check client deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with project requirements.
  • Build strong professional relationships with colleagues across departments and with external clients.
  • Contribute to process improvements and the effective use of research, CX, survey, and reporting tools.
  • Uphold professional standards, organizational values, ethical practices, and a strong commitment to client success.
  • Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
    • 1–3 years of relevant experience in market research, Customer Experience, analytics, research operations, or a related field.
    • Fundamental understanding of market research principles, including questionnaire design, analysis planning, data interpretation, and reporting.
    • Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis and translating findings into clear conclusions.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
    • Experience with SPSS and advanced Excel is preferred.
    • Familiarity with CX and survey platforms such as Qualtrics and related reporting environments is an advantage.
    • Experience in online reputation management is a plus but not required.
    • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical reasoning, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data and deliverable accuracy.
    • Proven ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects while consistently meeting deadlines.
    • Demonstrated initiative, accountability, leadership potential, and a strong sense of urgency.
    • Ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing environment and learn new tools, processes, and skills quickly.
    • A collaborative, client-focused mindset with enthusiasm for understanding customer behavior and delivering actionable insights.
    • Benefits

      • Starting salary range of $70,000–$75,000 USD per year
