The Senior Associate, Content Data Analyst supports metadata tagging operations and content ecosystem reporting for Global Content Strategy. This role focuses on internal operations, helping ensure the accuracy, consistency, and performance of metadata tagging while enabling visibility into CCEL (cross channel engagement leads) operational performance through dashboards and reporting.

The role requires strong analytical skills, hands‑on experience with reporting tools, and the ability to work with structured content data from AEM and related Adobe platforms. The analyst partners closely with India‑based content teams to support tagging quality, operational efficiency, and reporting reliability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Metadata & Tagging Analytics

  • Extract, analyze, and validate metadata and tagging datasets from AEM and related systems.
  • Identify patterns, inconsistencies, and gaps in tagging to support operational improvements.
  • Support tagging audits through data validation, metric tracking, and reporting.
  • Monitor and improve metadata accuracy, completeness, and consistency across assets.

2. CCEL Operations Performance & Reporting

  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track CCEL operational performance, including throughput, turnaround time, and efficiency metrics.
  • Provide regular reporting on tagging operations, highlighting bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
  • Support operational reviews by delivering accurate and timely data insights.

3. Measurement, Data Quality & Visualization

  • Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI and develop queries using SQL/Python.
  • Ensure structured, clean, and reliable datasets for reporting and analysis.
  • Establish and monitor data quality checks and validation processes.
  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes to improve accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.
  • Document metric definitions and maintain consistency across reports.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Define and document standardized metric definitions and reporting methodologies.

4. Tools & Systems

  • Strong proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and SQL.
  • Working knowledge of Python or similar tools for data validation and automation.
  • Experience with AEM and Adobe content ecosystem tools preferred.

5. Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with India-based content production and tagging teams for operational reporting needs.
  • Collaborate with U.S. metadata and content strategy teams to ensure alignment in reporting.
  • Communicate insights clearly to support decision-making and operational improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Information Management, or related field.
  • 5-9 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in content or digital environments.
  • Strong skills in Qlinksense, Power BI, SQL, Excel, and basic Python.
  • Experience working with metadata, tagging frameworks, or content management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and data quality.

Preferred:

  • Experience with AEM or Adobe Experience Cloud tools.
  • Familiarity with content operations or marketing workflows.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, operational environment with multiple stakeholders.
