Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day commercial and business operations activities.
• Ensure timely processing of quotations, pricing requests, approvals, and order-related transactions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth business execution.
• Monitor compliance with company policies, commercial guidelines, and process controls.
• Maintain and analyze operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Support business reviews, audits, documentation, and governance activities.
• Assist in resolving operational escalations and stakeholder queries within defined SLAs.
• Ensure accuracy of business data and maintain process documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Business Operations, Commercial Operations, Sales Support, CBO, or Process Management.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good understanding of business processes, order management, and operational controls.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
