We strive to deliver a consistent and high‑quality benefits and wellbeing experience by combining operational rigor, digital innovation, data‑driven insights, and strong partnerships with local HR teams and external vendors.
This Associate role will play a key part in our global model, with a primary focus on EMEA support.
As a Senior Benefits Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our international benefits programs operate effectively, compliantly, and in alignment with our long‑term strategy. Beyond managing core operational processes, you will act as a regional SME, providing guidance to partners, supporting renewal cycles, contributing to plan design discussions, and identifying opportunities to enhance our benefits framework. Your work strengthens the employee experience across our markets and advances our forward‑thinking, digitally enabled benefits strategy.
