Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Onboarding Specialist to facilitate a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new hires. The ideal candidate will ensure new employees feel welcomed, informed, and prepared to succeed in their roles.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assess the needs of new hires and develop onboarding plans that meet the requirements.
• Prepare onboarding materials, including welcome kits, training schedules, and company policies
• Orient new employees to the company’s policies and procedures.
• Ensure that new hires have all the necessary tools, equipment, and resources needed to do their Tasks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with new hires to ensure a smooth organisational transition.
• Prepare and present onboarding reports to senior management.
• Manage employee records and data following company policy.
• Develop and update onboarding procedures and processes.
• Create and implement strategies to improve onboarding efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify areas for improvement and provide feedback & Make recommendations for process and policy changes.
• Act as a point of contact for new hires to answer questions and provide support
• Collaborate with HR, hiring managers, and other departments to ensure a seamless onboarding process
• Track onboarding progress and maintain accurate records
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
• Collect and analyse feedback to improve the onboarding experience
