Required Skills & Experience

Core Skills

  • 12+ years of IT experience with strong background in Network & Security
  • Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure
  • Proven experience in cloud migration projects
  • Strong understanding of Azure ASE architecture and migration patterns
  • Experience designing and implementing Azure Landing Zones

Azure Networking & Security

  • Azure VNet, Subnets, NSG, UDR
  • Azure Firewall / NVA
  • Application Gateway, Load Balancer
  • Private Endpoint, Private Link
  • ExpressRoute & VPN Gateway
  • Azure AD, RBAC, Azure Policy

Migration & Architecture

  • Experience migrating enterprise applications to Azure PaaS/IaaS
  • Knowledge of hybrid network design and coexistence models
  • Understanding of network dependencies for legacy applications
  • Ability to translate on‑prem network/security controls to Azure

Certifications (Preferred)

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Network Engineer Associate
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to lead technical discussions and influence design decisions
