What you’ll do:

• Manages day-to-day technical evaluation of quotation, main customer service functions, sales orders& tenders and supporting Eaton CCTV range of products at all levels of the market
• Work closely with factories manufacturing and Product Line Managers, direct interaction with customers, handling queries and attending to customer specification needs.
• To efficiently create proposals and tenders for Eaton CCTV range of products ensuring technical compatibility, commercial viability and regulatory conformance.
• To technically evaluate in-coming customer enquiries ensuring the products offered matches its intended purpose and use, and conforms to regulatory certification directives
  • Design, configure, and implement CCTV systems to meet customer requirements and industry standards
  • Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for CCTV projects.
• Liaison and co-ordination with internal departments and other Eaton business units entities to ensure accurate technical information is delivered to the customer
  • Collaborate with sales, project management, and engineering teams to ensure proposals meet technical and budgetary goals.
• Review and update proposals in response to client feedback or changes in project scope.
  • Be proactive in the identification and full investigation of customers' requirements
• Maintain and foster good customer relationship to ensure renewal and continuations business partnership with agents and customers
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients during the proposal and implementation phases.
• Updates and keep track of all the relevant information in CRM system and ensures that information regularly refreshes
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in CCTV technology and industry best practices
• Traveling required within South Korea

Qualifications:

• Engineering degree (preferably Electrical or Electronic Eng)
• 5 Years of engineering experience in CCTV System & Application
• CCTV camera & Interface systems
