This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced application architecture and enterprise planning professional to lead the development of scalable finance applications within a fast-growing, AI-driven technology environment. In this role, you will oversee the design, delivery, and optimization of advanced planning, forecasting, and reporting solutions used by global organizations. You’ll collaborate closely with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to shape technical strategy and ensure high-quality execution across complex projects. Accountabilities:

Lead and manage a team of application builders responsible for delivering scalable finance planning and reporting solutions while ensuring quality, performance, and timely execution.
Collaborate with product managers, solution architects, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into sustainable technical designs.
Drive architectural best practices, UX standards, and engineering excellence to maintain intuitive, high-performing, and maintainable applications.
Oversee the integration of emerging platform capabilities, including AI-driven features and workflow enhancements, into existing financial applications.
Support go-to-market and professional services teams by contributing to demos, implementation methodologies, technical documentation, and best practices.
Serve as a subject matter expert for finance applications, assisting with strategic customer engagements, escalations, and solution optimization initiatives.
Monitor delivery metrics, team performance, application adoption, and overall solution scalability to ensure long-term success.

Requirements:

7+ years of experience in enterprise software development, financial systems, or application architecture, including leadership experience managing implementation teams.
Strong expertise with enterprise planning platforms and multidimensional modeling concepts, ideally supported by advanced platform certifications.
Proven experience leading Agile technical teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
Deep understanding of financial planning processes, including FP&A, consolidation, financial close, and strategic finance operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related discipline; advanced degrees such as an MBA or Master’s qualification are considered an asset.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and business audiences.
Experience working with scalable enterprise applications, AI-enabled technologies, and modern financial planning ecosystems is highly valued.
