• Review purchase requisitions and process and create purchase orders in a timely manner.

• Coordinate with suppliers on order placement, delivery schedules, and order status.

• Monitor and follow up on outstanding purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to support procurement requirements.

• Maintain accurate purchasing records and ensure compliance with company procurement policies.

• Assist in resolving supplier delivery or invoice discrepancies.

• Support other procurement and sourcing activities as assigned.

Qualifications You Must Have *

• Bachelor's degree in Business or any related field.

• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Able to work independently and adapt quickly to new processes.

• Available to commit to the full duration of the temporary assignment.

• Adheres to and participates in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain is an advantage.

• Experience using ERP systems such as SAP or similar procurement platforms.

• Knowledge of supplier management, and purchasing procedures.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Immediate availability is preferred.

• Willing for fixed-term emplyment
