Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide insights and support relevant key customers (team leader, global A&I, China MG leadership team, etc.) with clear critical thinking and structured storyline on the what/why/how of commercial momentum and outlook
  • Establish analytical data models to provide comprehensive views of products, channels & customers and shoppers & members, including both backward looking and forward looking perspective, in order to come up with commercial recommendations based on priority topics to influence and enable relevant business partners
  • Lead or support regular business reviews and key commercial meetings
  • Communicate and collaborate with global Analytics & Insights counterparties on global strategic topics and projects.

The LEGO Group’s Analytics & Insights (A&I) organization is seeking a Senior Analytics & Insights Partner for China Market Group (MG) and global A&I organization to leverage data and insights to illustrate opportunities and risks of our business momentum and outlook, while connecting business needs and analytics initiatives.

You will work closely with senior leaders, project teams, and partners to establish a framework for development, insights synthesizing, tracking and delivering transformative outcomes.

Do you have what it takes?

  • 8+ years experience in commercial insights or data analytics related roles
  • Strong data analytical and problem solving skills
  • Experienced with BI & Analytics tools including SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, etc.
  • Strong oral and written communication capabilities in both Mandarin and English to communicate and collaborate effectively with global partners.
  • Independent, dedicated individual with highly responsible nature and ability to work in a matrix organization, handling complexity and challenges and self-motivated to explore through ambiguity
  • Strong influencing skills with open attitude, willingness and pro-activeness of teamwork
