Role at a glance:The Sr. Analyst role is responsible for transforming complex, large-scale data sets into actionable strategic insights that drive compliance, mitigate risk, and enhance business performance across global markets. This position plays a critical role in leading analytical efforts, developing advanced reporting solutions, and supporting high-impact decision-making.In addition to delivering insights, the Sr. Analyst is expected to independently manage analytical initiatives, provide thought leadership in data interpretation, and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and strategic relevance of analytics deliverables. The role requires strong collaboration across cross-functional teams, while also serving as a key advisor to stakeholders on compliance trends, risks, and opportunities.
How you'll make an impact:• Lead advanced analytics and insight generation to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, supporting strategic decision-making across global markets.• Serve as a subject matter expert in compliance analytics, interpreting case file trends, distributor behavior, and AI-generated risk signals to inform risk mitigation strategies.• Own end-to-end analytical initiatives, including project scoping, execution, stakeholder alignment, and post-implementation impact analysis.• Design and enhance analytical models and tools, including predictive and AI-enabled solutions, to improve risk detection and decision-making capabilities.• Develop and manage scalable dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks, ensuring consistency, usability, and alignment across global teams.• Ensure data integrity and reporting quality, maintaining strong governance standards and delivering reliable, actionable insights.• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and drive adoption of analytics solutions through training, enablement, and clear communication of insights.• Identify and implement process improvements, leveraging automation and advanced analytics to optimize workflows and resolve complex analytical challenges.• Additional duties as assigned.

Leadership and supervisory responsibilities:• N/A Qualifications for success:
• 5+ years of experience in analytics, compliance, or related field.• Proven experience building Power BI dashboards and data models, including development of KPIs and DAX-based calculations.• Experience working with large, complex datasets and delivering actionable insights that support business and compliance decision-making.• Demonstrated ability to own end-to-end analytical projects and collaborate across cross-functional, global teams.
Skills/Certifications:• Advanced proficiency in Power BI (including DAX), Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, complex formulas), and data visualization tools for building scalable reporting solutions. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and executive-ready narratives.• Experience with data modeling, KPI development, and applying structured analytical approaches to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across business, data, and IT teams. • Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and prompting techniques to support data exploration and enhance analytical efficiency.
Education:• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
