Sr Analyst – Biz Analyst Windchill PLM Aftersales

AGCO is currently looking for an experienced professional that can play the role of Sr Analyst in our global Windchill PLM Application Management team. The Sr Analyst’s role is to elicit, analyze, specify, and validate the business needs of stakeholders, be they customers or end users. This includes interviewing stakeholders and gathering and compiling user requirements to understand the technology and business process solutions they need. The Sr Analyst will also apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help the business and IT team make good decisions. The Sr Analyst will also be proactive about working with all internal Development Groups and other IT teams to look for new technologies to optimize business processes. Candidate will work individually or as a member of a team to provide technical expertise for the design, development, deployment, and on-going support of the AGCO Windchill PLM system with focus on the SIM module. The candidate should have proven senior experience in designing, configuring, and supporting PTC Windchill SIM and integrations with external systems.

Job Function and Responsibility

• Collaborate with key business stakeholders throughout the full solution lifecycle, including requirements gathering, functional design, configuration, testing, user acceptance, implementation, and documentation.
• Translate business needs into executable functional designs, ensuring alignment with overall system architecture and Windchill best practices.
• Design, develop and maintain systems integration, assessing the impact of proposed changes and maintaining up‑to‑date workflows, reports, and functional documentation.
• Support the product lifecycle in the Windchill environment, including effort estimation, release planning, and contributions to change management activities.
• Plan, execute and document testing and validation, ensuring high internal customer satisfaction and compliance with all IT, security, and corporate policies.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or similar.
• Proven senior experience in IT industry (as Analyst, Developer or similar)
• Proven senior experience working with PTC Windchill or similar PLM system in area of Parts/Aftersales
• Knowledge about Aftersales/Parts business processes and master data
• English both written and spoken

• Formal IT methodology experience is required (change management, deployment process).
• Experience working in a global team environment
• Ability at problem solving and root cause analysis
• Proven senior experience PTC Windchill with focus on the SIM module
• Configuration of Windchill BOM, Parts Lists
• Configuration of Windchill Objects and Workflows
• Arbortext Publishing Engine
• Arbortext Styler
• Translation Management
• Knowledge and experience on Windchill Platform and Structures
• Experience with downstream systems integrations and interfaces
• Java / Java Scripting experience, ability to write code to support or validate business processes/Data is a nice to have
• Knowledge and usage of Creo Parametric, Creo Illustrate, or CreoView is a nice to have
• Understanding of applications development environment, database, data management and infrastructure capabilities and constraints

• Strong communication / interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with multiple levels of IT and business management.
• Ability to address and resolve issues in an objective, fact-based, professional fashion.
• Build effective working relationship with the business to ensure business requirements are accurately captured, agreed, accepted and implemented.
